Very informative. I heard of this app on YouTube, so I decided to give the app a try. I think everything that they provide in this app is allstar, and if you have no idea where to start, give this app a try. I just have a suggestion to make my overall experience better. First, I use plantet fitness and their machines, so maybe a section where I can log my workouts and have the algo help me with the reps and sets. I have a routine but would like to have consistent sessions.

Very user unfriendly. Does not have any perks like other apps do to monitor progression. Diet section only takes grams with no conversion. Work outs have constant glitches. Also workouts have some random specific machines that not all gyms have. Just all around user unfriendly. For 30 dollars a month I expected more.

Needs a lot of work. Very knowledgeable. Coaching is legit. My issue is just trying to sign up and use it. Multiple times I would get charged and then it would say I don't have an account. Had to have customer service push it through. Did a year. 1 week trial. We'll it took most of the trial for customer service to fix the billing. So lost the free trial. Days later says I am not a paid customer. Checked my PayPal. I was definitely charged for a year. Can't use the app currently. Locked out.
