i can't even enter my account no matter how i try it was working before, but now i can't access it at all now for no reason

App launch is way too slow, making it unusable when you're trying to pay at a shop. Also app has many bugs and crashes. An app with so many clients (a lot of companies and government entities) should not be this bad.

Im having technical difficulties, after the new update i cant access my account an " Error " dialog appears, i tried resetting the password also the same error dialog appers. Inside the app the there is an issue in the back-end since the objects arent getting the data from the database.
