Very slow or actually not working on android.. page not loading despite many restart and even trying on new mobile

What's wrong with this application?! There's an update notification in Play Store but it says Couldn't update!

App launch is way too slow, making it unusable when you're trying to pay at a shop. Also app has many bugs and crashes. An app with so many clients (a lot of companies and government entities) should not be this bad.
