Very slow and laggy. On top of that I couldn't register and it keeps giving me the message "Not Allowed to Register"

hangs and is very slow on android, while its very good on ios

after the update, it is showing only the logo. I restarted my phone still showing the logo only. Uninstall the app and install it still showing the logo only.
