My charger works fine but this app is useless. You can't see anything if you step away from your charger (which makes zero sense as it's suppose let me have remote access) and it doesn't let you use any network that isn't WiFi, my wifi doesnt reach the back of my property so again, it renders the app useless. I can't stand anywhere where both the charger and wifi work. Zero updates on usage either. Disappointed in the app. Doesn't do what was promised

After initially setting it up it will never reconnect via Bluetooth again. Also you can't reset your device without connecting to the app via Bluetooth. So it's this really frustrating charger that absolutely sucks. Updated: I have sent multiple emails (the only form of customer support they offer) and haven't received a response. You should respond to your emails as quickly as you respond to your negative reviews.

Unhelpful customer support (very scripted, without the understanding of the issue, unlike for example Ecobee). No support for time of use billing (you can only specify fixed cost per kwh). Wallbox sometimes fails to save charging the history and it simply looses them. No graph of charge rate over time, like charge point. Notifications about "charging stopped" are inaccurate or missing. Overall, I wouldn't buy a wallbox charger again.
