Super frustrating experience. The app is laggy and the load times are huge-even just going back a page takes forever. Notifications don't actually lead to the content; they just force a sign-in and then fail to load anything. also had a "message expired" error that sent me to a survey, but the app signed me out the second I finished it. Hard to use in this state.

The app use to work great, the most recent update has completely stopped it from working. It is either constantly trying to load, giving error messages or saying it failed to load and to try again just for it to do it all over again. I've deleted the all and then reinstalled, so I know for sure it's the new update to the app itself. Kind of odd right before Christmas it goes down and you can't access your rewards.

I am all for surveys and tasks for points. My issue is that I will get the notification about new tasks, go to open the app and it says failed to load. At some point it logs me out and will NOT let me log back in because of some error (that will not be an issue the next day when I log in, but then there's no tasks to complete.....) I have had this app for well over a month, probably over 2 months now and I still have yet to get enough points to cash out $5...
