Wonkiest app ever. More "Failed to load" notices than any app I've ever used. Logging in is a nightmare. It's made me change my password maybe a dozen times for unknown reasons. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. Very aggravating. I've collected well over $100 worth of gift cards, still BARELY worth the trouble. It's ridiculously faulty.

This app has gotten consistently worse since I joined the program. It used to work seamlessly. Now, everything I click on in the app takes forever and a day to load. I can't even update my profile because it just won't load. Sometimes it takes a full minute for a survey to load. And before I get a generic tech support reply, yes the app is up to date and yes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. It is still unbelievably slow.

I have been a user from the beginning. The app is glitchy and unreliable. I went weeks without being able to log in because "Ooops, there was a problem." Now I randomly received an email that I have "successfully unsubscribed" when I absolutely did not. It is a multi-point unsubscribe process which makes it even more ABSOLUTE that I did not unsubscribe. Also, the $15 I had sitting in my account.....they say I "forfeited it when I unsubscribed." Terrible customer service.
