Super frustrating experience. The app is laggy and the load times are huge-even just going back a page takes forever. Notifications don't actually lead to the content; they just force a sign-in and then fail to load anything. also had a "message expired" error that sent me to a survey, but the app signed me out the second I finished it. Hard to use in this state.

Recently the app keeps me logged out and I have to log in everytime now. Also the app has become extremely slow. There is no update for the app as of the review. I deleted the app, cleared my app data and cache and redownloaded the app and it still is a hit and miss if it will let me log in. The surveys, which used to be weekly, are few and far between now. It seems like the app is becoming nonexistent. Don't know if support team needs to look into the app or what.

Kinda buggy and slow! Sometimes loads, loads, loads, then makes me log in AGAIN repeatedly. Screen changes in the app can take FOREVER (except in an actual survey). Also needs more opportunities for surveys etc. Often a survey ends after 1 question - and I only get a few points rather than the promised points.... What happened to the rest of the advertised questions!? But overall I average about a $5 gift card per month, which is pretty good.
