Jan: The first 4 months it worked great! Now doesn't allow adding items into my cart. No one in the physical store has been able to support. in the app there's not a place to ask for help. In the store they just say it's an error in the system or the system is down. I have seen other users able to use it. I paid for the annual membership and haven't been able to use it. March Update: 2 months later, without response from the app support. Terrible service from tribu Oficina del Cliente Walmart.

Customer service is terrible. One of the worst experiences I've had in requesting a refund a for a mobile phone I returned 3 weeks ago. I'm still trying to get a hold of an actual person to solve this, but you can only contact a bot via their chat or email. I will never do business with Walmart online.
