The first four months it worked great! Now it's not allowing me to add items into my cart. No one in the physical store has been able to support. in the app there's not a place to ask for help. In the store they just say it's an error in the system or the system is down. Has it been really down for two months? I have seen other users able to use it. I paid for the annual membership. if it will not work again, you should at least reimburse the half of the membership that's left.

Customer service is terrible. One of the worst experiences I've had in requesting a refund a for a mobile phone I returned 3 weeks ago. I'm still trying to get a hold of an actual person to solve this, but you can only contact a bot via their chat or email. I will never do business with Walmart online.

Since all other avenues of redress have been exhausted, I'm forced to rate the app. Three times I've not received the items I ordered but was charged for. Three times Walmart Mexico has failed to either refund my money, deliver the missing items, or maybe give me some sort of coupon or free delivery. It's outrageous that this company can't do the bare minimum of customer service. All they've done is tell me via email that my claims are being investigated. That's it.
