I made the mistake of downloading this app, and trying this service (in an emergency situation), so you don't have too... Of course my money was 'pulled' immediately from my account, but some 9 hours later I was finally told my transaction was rejected. There's so much more to unpack from customer service when I enquired about why my transaction didn't go through. You all know how this story ends. For some reason it's going to take 6 business days to receive my refund You're welcome! My Bad!

The biometric authentication setup would not work. I entered the Ria password numerous times as well as the pin to my phone fingerprint. After all those attempts now it says my account is locked. I was able to send the money but wanted the extra security of the fingerprint as the app suggested.

Worst experience ever! customer service all give you different answers and full on lie to you. They can only do bare minimum. If there is any issue at all expect to be dismissed, lied to and there are no escalation options and of course no Managers available. The problem will never be their fault and you will spend a few hours getting the run around. I was given three different answers from three customer service employees for the only issue I had. will never use them again EVER
