The limit of only 500 a day is crazy and they got rid of good gift cards even though we have a higher amount but not in the same gift cards. Now the gift cards takes a week to get to you when it used to be a couple of hours. How did the app upgrade and downgrade at the same time smh. STOP TOUCHING THE APP!!!! Your not making improvements at all.

edit: this app continues to have bugs and error messages. it has never improved. This app and the previous version are always having issues. It does not let you submit your tickets a good portion of the time because of a server error. It is also often down where you can not access details of the app such as winning numbers, scratch information, etc.

This app is very poorly and very lazy made. every single ticket I scan, even with 39 of them being winners, gives me a response that says, "errors or invalid entry" I have uninstalled and downloaded 3 times and the same thing happens. then when I go to store to scan tickets, it tells me if everything (I want to know. They're are plenty of other bugs. being a programmer myself, this is such an easy fix my daughter could even do. which says to me pure laziness. Bad app. would rate 0 if I could.
