A horrible excuse for an app !! It doesn't do anything special with the overall functionality of the product. I can't even do basic functions with this app. So it's just another Smart Walton Scam. And yes, I logged in with a new fake email that I had, turns out I am getting rampant spam emails from this email address. Turns out Walton is selling your data ! Reporting this app. NEVER BUYING A WALTON PRODUCT AGAIN !! And in terms of design, whoever designed it, I hope you get fired.

This app is good for controlling AC's from afar. But whenever I turn on my Extreme saver 1 ton AC, both vertical and horizontal swings are unselected all the time, and because of that the rooms doesn't properly get to cool off. I would like to attract the attention of the app developers and other stakeholders in this regard.

Very disappointing about the recent update. In my Previous phone the ac was added under this app but after the update of the app the device removed automatically. Several times I tried to add the device but failed. Please fix the error of the app immediately. With my new device I downloaded the app many times I tried to connect the AC but I cannot connect. please solve the problem as soon as possible
