Ratings and reviews

Everytime that the App has update, you can't log in. It will say "Password Expired" this is really happening everytime there's an update. And we need to call to Customer Service everytime it happens. I hope you will improve your features. It's really a poor app. I'm sure Sidi/Warba can do better than this. This is a hassle specially when I needed it most.

​Please bring back the 'Request Money' feature in the app. Removing it has made daily transactions very difficult and inconvenient for us. Kindly restore this feature in the next update. Thank you!

This bank app is good and I had to wait in lines for ten hours to open an account in this bank and the staff sitting inside the bank do not have the manners to talk to the customers but the bank manager was a good man, he used to talk nicely.
