I have a couple of pairs from a few years ago that worked well. I have a light script. My most recent pairs, aren't working so well. I see better without them. Seriously I went to return them, I still have a month, and I'm told to email them with a comment. So I wait. They give you several choices when you start your return. I can not recall those. I can only speak to the return option for vision problems. I would say try WP, but don't count in them if you're in dire need to see.

Great idea and app but it only lets you try on certain colors at home and the shipping takes a very long time. I did this a few years ago and I don't remember the shipping being this long. Also sucks that they only let you try on 5 at a time so if you don't like the frames you send them back and then have to wait another 3 weeks or so before you can try on more. Other than that though it's a great app.

I ended up having to call twice, and I got to talk to 2 different specialists. Both of them were so amazing! They had answers for every question, and helped me get everything in order so that I could actually get the glasses I want. I'm incredibly impressed with every part of this company and just thank you so very much!! The glasses are perfect, the service was impeccable. Thank you again! Update: New glasses arrived as scheduled on time, perfect fit, they look amazing and I am thrilled
