Only use because of convenience so I don't worry about quarters, only reason I'm okay with 1 star. Time on machines never match the times on the app. The app is supposed to notify you when the load is done, never actually does. The money on the app also doesn't reflect correctly on the machines. I have sent messages regarding these discrepancies but nobody ever responds. I have had money taken out only to find out the machine was broken, notified via app, no rerunds.

Horrible app. This company does NOT want to let users report machine malfunctions... Just trying to open the app it crashed approximately 10 times. When it actually opened, I pressed the report a machine button and it kept crashing. If I made it to the final boss of the barcode, it would say invalid barcode, but I was using the one on the machine that says to use when reporting a machine! Then before I could put in the code instead, it crashed again.

This app is unreliable, with constant connection issues. Can't locate laundry room, connection error whether scanning or typing machine number. With each issue tech supports suggests reinstalling app which I have done several times. I have also granted full permissions to the app. Still doesn't work. The issues do not get resolved and responses from support are 2-3 days after contact. I purchased a card to use instead and hope it's more reliable than this garbage app.
