Only use because of convenience so I don't worry about quarters, only reason I'm okay with 1 star. Time on machines never match the times on the app. The app is supposed to notify you when the load is done, never actually does. The money on the app also doesn't reflect correctly on the machines. I have sent messages regarding these discrepancies but nobody ever responds. I have had money taken out only to find out the machine was broken, notified via app, no rerunds.

The app is broken and doesn't respond half the time. It constantly asks to remain on in the background and will drain your battery if you let it. Money mysteriously disappears from your account in small increments, and sometimes I open the app to see that I have a negative balance. I suspect foul play. Do not use if you can avoid and only put in as much money as you need.

When it works, it's great. The other 60% of the time it won't link to the dryers (when they're actually working), says the cycle is over when it's not and hasn't ever alerted me to a cycle being over despite me opting in to be alerted. And idk who's on the other end getting the "service machine/broken machine" messages, but they take forever to fix anything & if these machines are supposed to get a cleaning cycle run now & then or the lint catchers scraped out all the way it ain't happening!
