Only use because of convenience so I don't worry about quarters, only reason I'm okay with 1 star. Time on machines never match the times on the app. The app is supposed to notify you when the load is done, never actually does. The money on the app also doesn't reflect correctly on the machines. I have sent messages regarding these discrepancies but nobody ever responds. I have had money taken out only to find out the machine was broken, notified via app, no rerunds.

I haven't gotten any of the refunds that I have asked for, it shows a credit then the credit disappears. The app doesn't always connect and it often takes 2-4 attempts per machine to get a load started. I preferred the quarter method better, even though it was a royal pain to have to drive down the hill to get quarters and be able to keep them in stock in my home.

Most buggy, unreliable mess of an app I've ever used. I've had to call cust. service multiple times because of delayed charges, double/triple charges, and many other issues. It's bad enough the apartment building I live in switched to this instead of coin washers, but when the app doesn't even work it's more ridiculous. Whoever decided to make it $10, $15, and other load options instead of the right amount for actual loads is an idiot. $2 a wash for an awful app, 0 stars if I could give it
