There's learning curve to use the app and machines correctly to avoid starting up a washer when a dryer is what was wanted instead. The list jumped back to the top where the washers are when I went to choose a dryer, so I ended up having to scramble up more laundry to avoid losing money since once started, it can't be cancelled and had to use it. Otherwise, it's easy to use and there's helpful laundry tips in the app as well.

Only use because of convenience so I don't worry about quarters, only reason I'm okay with 1 star. Time on machines never match the times on the app. The app is supposed to notify you when the load is done, never actually does. The money on the app also doesn't reflect correctly on the machines. I have sent messages regarding these discrepancies but nobody ever responds. I have had money taken out only to find out the machine was broken, notified via app, no rerunds.

Buy a washer and dry your clothes on a rack. This company it's app and the machines associated with it are not worth it. It's a money pit and cheaper options are available. Time is not accurate, machines don't work regularly and you think everything is fine till you go to your machine and it hasn't been running. Don't give me your support email BS. I'm not going to email you because you don't care. I've tried. The best part about this app is when you delete it. App is slower than ever.
