Only use because of convenience so I don't worry about quarters, only reason I'm okay with 1 star. Time on machines never match the times on the app. The app is supposed to notify you when the load is done, never actually does. The money on the app also doesn't reflect correctly on the machines. I have sent messages regarding these discrepancies but nobody ever responds. I have had money taken out only to find out the machine was broken, notified via app, no rerunds.

It took me 2 months to get the app to work. My request for support was ignored. Left to my own devices, I finally figured out that maybe you don't accept Cashapp visa. Against my better judgment, I entered my bank debit. They like that one. But not enough to ask me how much I wanted to add till 24 hours later. I finally did a load. Whew. Went back to do 2 more tonight and both washers "failed to communicate" with the app.... Try later. It took about 10 minutes for it to catch. Clearly buggy.

Garbage. Instead of using coins to pay for my laundry in this tough economy, my apartments use these machines where it's a MINIMUM $10 charge to refill my account. On top of that, the app barely works. For me, typing the machine number in doesn't work. For my partner, scanning the QR code doesn't work. You also can't have more than one person logged in at a time, so if you share the app you have to re-login every time. They keep prompting me to review so here it is. I genuinely hate this app.
