unable to use app at all, 6 mos ago it was fine then it started being unable to go back in transaction s more then 3-4 weeks. I installed it and Uninstalled it, spoke with WaFd support and was told at that time like around March Android was incompatable and they were working on it. I waited a few more months was able to do send money ck recent transact and deposits the it wouldn't allow me to log in. I called the support team again and it was delayed to me there was an issue with android.

After the update every single time I open the app and log in it asks for verification via text even though check save username etc EVERY TIME! Now it is saying they have trouble on their end so I can't even get in to check my balance. the verification EVERY SINGLE TIME is inconvenient but not being able to get into the app is frustrating. Seems there are still bugs to work out!

easy to use, although it would be nice if you could set your preferences for your debit card on the app. it would also be nice if it showed at least 2 months of transactions without having to download your monthly statement. I was gonna give 5 stars but decided 3 would be more realistic. wa'fd is a great bank tho. it's not like chase where they never remember who you are.
