terrible experience. waited for days to get my internet experience to go back up. they wouldn't call or respond to messages in regards to renewals. absolutely grotesque. customer service is a shame like top ten worst moments ever. its been over ten days since i've raised an inquiry and hasn't gotten back an answer. 24 hour customer service is like 2 and a half minutes. a blatant joke with no capital letters.

ooredoo apps not working smoothly for 4G user's. even add on 50GB for 5kd with other long Internet plan had gone vanished in another5G supporting device. very next day they are asking for another recharge. VERY BAD experience. some costemer care peoples are not cooperative also.

In hasawi multiple numbers of users facing network issues including me why? After 4pm to night 10 pm the net is soo poor when I go customer service it says it's because of I'm out of coverage area ? Really coverage area? It's 2026 and I have a 5g net and I'm out of coverage area how is this possible soon find the issue and please solve it! It's serious!! Every month I'm paying 6kd for 60gb net is not a joke! We expect to get a good grip of net and U guys don't do anything?
