Changing my 1 star rating I posted 4 years ago. The UI is improved and it's much user friendly from the past years. Although the widget makes no sense and doesn't work exactly

i had raised a complaint and was supposed to receive a call woth 48 hours. but no one contacted. if you guys are sleeping kindly wake up. As we are paying for a service

even though i have given 5 starts i still face an issue with my details update. doesnt matter how many times i keep upading my id. it still says to update or else will barr my number.
