VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE "Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My SIM was deactivated because your team confused my 'Entry Before' date with my visa’s actual validity. My visa is valid for 3 months from my entry date. Please fix this mistake and reactivate my line."

Ooredoo disabled my phone saying my civil ID was expired but it doesn't expire until December 9 2026. Contacted their Customer Service Support at 66300121 and their agent refused to help me. I still have an account credit of 10kd I had prepaid. I feel cheated and wouldn't recommend this company

My Ooredoo sim got barred since today morning. Checked in the ooredoo app and it asked to update civil information. Tried to update but its not working..Visited the customer service center in Mangaf and he replied could not update information as the service is down. Currently i am not able to make any calls or receive any. Even i saw a large queue of customers in the customer care center. Please rectify the issue asap.
