How about giving me a few seconds to actually hit the approve button on my phone before the desktop app times out??? Reduced to two stars, because 4 years later this is still a problem. Lowering to 1 star because STILL a problem... You realize we have to pull phone out of pocket, unlock phone, try to get your notification back or open app and approve, right? Takes more than 15 seconds.

Requires you to be connected to wifi and is the most difficult and annoying issue to have to deal with. Especially when you drive around in a cruiser all day where you cannot connect to wifi.

Has its own proprietary 2FA implementation where you need to approve push-notifications in-app. Great for when it doesn't work! Or lags behind, so when you approve, the requesting client has already timed out. Now I can't even approve the notification without opening the app. Approving from the notification panel always gives an error message, thanks.
