About this app
Watchwell® is MedAdept's mobile application that allows patients and their caregivers to connect remotely with all the healthcare providers in the care team. All patient engagement items are preloaded via Synchrony Coordinator® so that when a WatchWell® user logs in they will have access to their care plan, and scheduled health status reports. Users are also able to message directly to all members of the care team.

The app does not work correctly frequently. I love the idea of somebody being able to check on you without having to go to the doctor's office.

Wonderful experience after they fixed the bugs. Easy to operate. Thankfully for thr daily reminders.
