Very poor software, when upgraded the app, all details become 0, need relogin, I use old membership card to login, now forgotten the card no. Is totally can't login at all, no other choice to login, like mobile phone no. Since my mobile phone no. Already in your system. Please change can use mobile phones no. To login.

Cannot submit refund/return. Popup error. Chat not helpful at all. Livechat no one picked up. Must claim via web and email. And the customer service just happily replied the item was not exchangable / refund. It's not mentioned at all at the product information, one-side claim for their life easier to handle customer complaints! Then I lost my money to purchase damaged item from Watsons! Worse than gambling when you want to buy from Watsons online!

Can't login via Link to Facebook Account. The error shows 'The selected payment method is not available for the chosen delivery option. Please select another payment or delivery method. Thank you" The thing is ,I am trying to link Facebook and login using the reset email received. The error does not even makes sense - I have not login successfully at all, let alone select delivery and payment options!
