This app is annoying. You can't search for providers. Nothing comes up, ever! When setting up an account it says to correct your info but doesn't tell you what info needs correcting! I would be embarrassed if I created this app!

As if May 6 2026. I still have the same issue. I call and am told they have an issue that is being worked on but nothing is getting done. Can I talk to someone in IT? This is a terrible app. I tried opening it, and it gives the login screen, but it freezes and says there is a bug. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times with the same results. I saw one response to a review that said for Android, you need to be on version 14, which I am. So what do I do now?????

the phone app DOES NOT work. when you try to login, the app immediately shuts down.
