This app is annoying. You can't search for providers. Nothing comes up, ever! When setting up an account it says to correct your info but doesn't tell you what info needs correcting! I would be embarrassed if I created this app!

This is a terrible app. I tried opening it, and it gives the login screen, but it freezes and says there is a bug. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times with the same results. I saw one response to a review that said for Android, you need to be on version 14, which I am. So what do I do now?????

Sorry, I am not understanding why this app has been a major problem since 2023 and this is a major business company business. There are many listed comments from people having the same problems associated with this app. I'm not sure if it's the company or the app. However, this faulty app is still listed on PlayStore site 2023 with the same app issues. Is this something PlatStore could check further into since this company has listed under PlayStore? Just asking.
