I have had the app for over a year and I appreciate the fact that orders can be canceled, something other apps refuse to do. The only bad thing is that it's too easy to lose rewards points. If you use points and cancel your order or if the app glitches or freezes before you pay your points are gone. I lost 1600 points trying to get a free salad yesterday. If there is a way to get them back, no one told me. I earned those points spending real dollars.

Devious pricing. If you "just browse" the menu without putting in a location all the prices are super low, like from years ago. I was so happy. But put in your location to place an order and the prices increase by dollars. The baconator went from $5+ to $8+. A single at the store is $6+, but the only option on the app is for a double. I hate being manipulated into giving up more money.

the app automatically logs out and then refuses to log back in, and no matter how many times I contact customer service about it they say it's "just an error" which apparently hasn't been fixed in years because this has happened countless times that I've tried to use the app, I'd love to give you the business bit I've been left hungry too many times because your app refuses to log in with an account that has been used numerous times before
