Ratings and reviews

It is always a 50/50 shot if the app will work at all when I go to open it. It's down more than it's up. Clearing the cache, the data, and reinstalling the whole app never works. I've done every fix I can find and it continually does this at least half the time that I go to open the app. The stores have no info because it's a third party app and Wendy's doesn't seem to care if it works or not.

This app is NOT user friendly. I've never had as many issues logging in as I do with this app. I put in my email and constantly get an error stating I need to contact customer service. Have you ever tried to contact Wendy's customer service? GOOD LUCK! when the app does work, it's hard to navigate. I ordered from the app and picked up right away, Wendy's gave away my food and had zero resolution to helping me other than saying I need to dispute it in the app. It was nightmare after nightmare.

Intentionally misleading pricing. Item will say $5.99 in menu, and then when checking out the price will have changed to over $9.00 with no explanation given. Is this the surge pricing I've been hearing about in the news? Even if so, you need to add some explanation at checkout screen as to why the price increased by more than 3 dollars between me clicking the button to add it and then trying to check out.
