For the most part, the app is pretty good. You can order and customize it as you wish. But if you forget to scan your rewards when you order in store...let's say I can never get those points back. It took me a while but found the form to manually submit points but it is faulty. It doesn't let me 'upload picture' so I can't even complete it. So many lost points. I've had this issue for months so it's not just a 1 time thing...I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

I've been using this app for more than 4 years. It is buggier than ever. I tried placing an order multiple times today, on my phone and PC, and kept getting the error "No content to map due to end-of-input at [Source: (String)""; line: 1, column: 0]" There is no excuse for having such a prevalent bug. Literally can't place an order. And I just used my points for a reward that I now cannot use. Waste of customer's time.

I can't rate higher when an app has multiple failures. First, the app didn't detect my current location even though I shared it. So, second, I tried to Upload a Delivery Offer & it seemed to take it. Then I noticed that the app had defaulted to Pickup at a farther away Location. I changed it to Delivery to my home. The Delivery Offer disappeared like it had been used already. Third, I tried to Live Chat, waited long time, then gave up. Pretty lousy! As IT expert, I know it can work well. Do it
