Ratings and reviews

The app has broken often in the past, but it's functional at the moment and has been for some time. They constantly decrease the value of coupons and rewards, which is quite frustrating and makes the app less usable at times. However, they've recently restored some excellent coupons such as the 2 for $6 as well as added new one like the BOGO for $1 Pretzel Baconators. The most useful fast food app by far.

This is by far the worst app I've ever used across all types of apps. It works 1 out of 3 times. You always get to the end of the order and encounter the issue and it says, "Something went wrong". I've contacted chat support and called with no improvements. If I'm doing a pick up at least they can scan your app so you can use your rewards. Surprising coming from Wendy.

Has generally had issues, but for the last 2 months at least, it no longer works. Offers don't load, food items load slowly or not at all and the cart doesn't load. Tried clearing the cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, waiting it out and it just no longer works. So I have to try to use the web version, which times out after 5 minutes or whatever, so it's super annoying.
