Only had to take 18 photos of the same check, 9 of the front and 9 of the back, to get one to be able to "read the bottom numbers of the check." By far the hardest to use mobile app of the three banks I use apps from, and this one isn't even close to the other two. Just go to your local branch and see the friendly folks there instead; it will take the same amount of time! Edit: still the least user friendly mobile banking app of the three banks I use, five years later.

Like the app .Over all it is very easy to use. Like the "instant balance" feature. Mobile deposit is really convenient. Banking with this app is so easy I rarely physically "go" to the bank... except for drive thru ATM. Updated 7/3/20 Like when it works. Over last several months, app has not always worked well. Doesnt always recognise fingerprint. Many "error" messages, especially "not connected to internet" when I am connected then locks out after too many "attempts to log-in". Frustrating...

I thought app was working great. Since March 2022 update cannot access anything! Screen goes blank before you can even sign in. Called Westbury, they stated that there's an issue with SOME Samsung phones. I would NOT recommend installing update if you have a Samsung phone. They new about this issue shortly after update was out, but opted not to inform users!! Very disappointed. No longer can use app. Time for a new bank with functional app?
