Ratings and reviews

Doesn't let you send money and you need to change the amount several times (so you end up paying more fees). Blocks your cards so you have to use different ones (because is just how it works, they only know that the system has that error and is permanently). If you NEED to do the transfer you only have to hope for the best. Called several times, customer support has been honest ONE time about these issues. The "Rate this app" popped so many times, here's my rating.

"History" does not work. You lose all progress every time the screen turns off. The "address" field has a very low character limit, so addresses usually don't fit. It asks for a security question? WHAT? That has been a security anti-pattern for the last 20 years. It does not remember most contact details. It does not allow for online payments even after following the steps to unblock that feature. Some services are unavailable often. It is incredibly slow. I cannot access the MTCN of a transfer, so I think I just lost ARS 100k (roughly 650USD) using this broken piece of garbage. I make software for a living, and I have worked in several dozens of apps (some of which were very old). This is without a doubt the worst piece of software I have ever seen. Never, under any circumstances download this app. It does nothing. -------- "Historial" no funciona. Se pierde todo el progreso cada vez que se apaga la pantalla. El campo "dirección" tiene un límite de caracteres muy bajo, por lo que las direcciones suelen no caber. ¿Pide una pregunta de seguridad? ¿QUÉ? Eso es un anti-patrón de seguridad desde hace 20 años. No recuerda la mayoría de los datos de contacto. No permite pagos en línea incluso después de seguir los pasos para desbloquear esa función. Algunos servicios no están disponibles (frecuentemente). The app does not work. Whenever I enter my password, it denies it. i select reset, go thru the steps, at the end it still prevents me from logging in. Made multiple attempts, all to no avail. Totally sucks and forces me to wait in long lines to process a transfer.
