Westlake Financial Services account holders now have access to manage their accounts directly from their phones or tablets. Westlake MyAccount offers customers the convenience of making a payments and even setting up recurring payments through this application.

MyAccount customers can register for their account through the application or use existing logins if previously created through the Westlake MyAccount website (https://myaccount.westlakefinancial.com).

It sucks you can't pay early or turn off autopay. My bill is due in less than week. Would rather not have the pending transaction sitting on my account on top of however many days pass the date it actually goes through, complete. (Update, bill is due today. It's 11AM PST and the charge still has even attempted to go through. The UI is pretty basic, rigid style, not a lot of options or info so it's simple enough to navigate.

User Error: I have so many passwords to keep track of. Since I only open the app once a month, I've forgotten what I've previously updated my password to. A password "Hint" feature may help others like me. Until then I suppose I'll just have to be old fashioned & write it down until I'm able to remember. Payments: Also it still annoys me not being able to make recurring payments through a credit card. Even a Secured Credit card which is like a guaranteed credit line. Good basic app otherwise.

trying to make a payment with the app then it says payment error. It didn't go through. i tried two more times, results were the same. Thinking since its telling me that my payment wasn't going through, that they weren't going through. I tried for one last time then it says it went through. Monday i check my bank account and I'm hundreds of dollars over drafted from taking multipe payments. their system and app , or whatever the problem, needs to be resolved. should be a way of immediate refund
