The workout is okay, but ONE Month is enough! It will just repeat whatever it has for the remaining of your subscripting months. I registered for 3 months workout, but it charged me for the meal plan too. since the price is not so expensive, I took it anyway, and the dishes looked simple and healthy, so I can give it a try if I can get all the food materials ready. The problem is it doesn't have 90 days different workout plan, but only exactly 3 same sets.

Follow up: The poor arrangement hasn't gotten any better. It's ridiculous. I'm canceling my subscription. The exercises are very poorly arranged. Almost every move forces the user to go from sitting to standing, to laying down to standing again... it's ridiculous & exhausting! Also, the music timing is off & the timer blocks your view of the upcoming exercise. I spend more time trying to get up & down from the floor than doing the actual exercises.

I like this app. it isnt too hard for a beginner and it goes at my pace. I really feel like the app is helping me. im stretching and feeling like I have way more energy when ive finished doing the workouts. i wake up with more energy than ive had in a long time. i recommend this app. ill come back when I see results and let you know an update on the app.
