The workout is okay, but ONE Month is enough! It will just repeat whatever it has for the remaining of your subscripting months. I registered for 3 months workout, but it charged me for the meal plan too. since the price is not so expensive, I took it anyway, and the dishes looked simple and healthy, so I can give it a try if I can get all the food materials ready. The problem is it doesn't have 90 days different workout plan, but only exactly 3 same sets.

Follow up: The poor arrangement hasn't gotten any better. It's ridiculous. I'm canceling my subscription. The exercises are very poorly arranged. Almost every move forces the user to go from sitting to standing, to laying down to standing again... it's ridiculous & exhausting! Also, the music timing is off & the timer blocks your view of the upcoming exercise. I spend more time trying to get up & down from the floor than doing the actual exercises.

Oh dear, I seem to have been scammed. The app isn't very good. The music stops before the exercises have even finished. I did a 3 month subscription, but obviously, I didn't read the small print to after that £53 has been taken from my account. I've tried to cancel, but I am unable to get a refund. Fine fair enough, but now the app doesn't even work. So I have paid 53 for an app that now doesn't work 😭
