This app is one of the best app for working out at home .It includes everything about weight loss,body building,muscle development,e.t c. I highly recommend it to everyone as you can do it without any equipment from the comfort of your home But one issue there is that they're not accurate about that BMI calculator,I don't understand it . Conclusively,it's one of the most super best app for working out. Thanks ☺️🥰

This app is one of the best workout apps I have ever used. It was built for results. After exercising with this app, people were asking me "Who is your gym instructor, I want him to be mine too". Thank you Mr developer and to all the team behind this amazing work. God bless you.

I love the app and how it uses mainly bodyweight exercises, but I feel like it is a little inscuate for things like hoe much weight lost in the workout etc. It also lacks difficulty even when your on advanced, but I tend to just double what it asks me to do. Overall, it's pretty nice and I do plan on using it daily, but some things do need fixed Also there are a ton of reviews saying too many ads, but I've been using it for a few days now and I've only seen 2 or 3 ads
