So far I have not been able to book any jobs because the app is sending all shift and job info to another email belonging to someone else, another employee who who most likely owned my phone number previously, and our profiles somehow got mixed up. I have reached out to customer support so that they would fix the problem. But it's been over two weeks and still no change.

absolutely terrible. there are no work shifts and when the rare occasion that there is and you sign up for a shift they cancel before you can even work the shift. and as far as getting support from the app is a joke there literally is no way for you to contact customer support. I am starting to think that the app is only there to collect data and personal information.

I'm giving 1 star because I could not proceed with my scheduled orientation. It allowed me to check the three boxes and tap the start button, but nothing after that. Disappointing to not be able to find gainful employment due to technical difficulties. I would be more than happy to give more stars depending on the response to this review.
