Ratings and reviews

The idea definitely sounds interesting. But I downloaded the app, opened it, clicked on new account. And it immediately told me it's "not available" because of "unusual account activity". I have never had a world coin account and literally just downloaded the app. No I do not care to talk to support people, you lost me as a customer..

I'm consistently encountering a 'Too many requests' error when trying to interact with the app, especially after tapping on icons or trying to navigate. The icons are visible, but clicking them often leads to this error, making the app unusable. Could you please look into this API limit or request issue? I'm hoping for a fix soon so I can use the app properly. Thanks!

Won't allow me to verify my UK passport as the app just keeps crashing when scanning the NFC chip. It also failed multiple times because it takes the photo too fast resulting in a blurred image, and on multiple occasions it even said "Photo not loaded". If the app's main function is to "verify personhood", it's not great when it fails on the single thing it claims it's for.
