Meine Fotos wurden nicht akzeptiert. Die Mail mit dem Link mit dem ich neue Fotos senden könnte, ist nicht auffindbar. Nun versuche ich seit Tagen mit WorldRemit in Kontakt zu treten, aber nichts funktioniert. Die entsprechenden Links auf der Website auch nicht. Telefonisch klappt auch nicht, da ich nicht verstehe, was sie wollen. Ich glaube, sie fragten nach der Fallnummer. Ich möchte aber keinen Fall melden.

Nur zu empfehlen, Geld kommt in Minuten an. Nütze die Applikation seit lange. Früher war wie ich oben schrieb, das Geld in Minuten an. Sei ein Weile besonders seit letzten Monat braucht es Tage bis es ankommt. Das ist der Grund warum ich jetzt nur 4 Sterne gebe. Alles bestens, más muß etwas Geduld habe wenn man an das Kundenservice schreibt aber hat alles gut funktionieren.

Die App ist absoluter Müll. Ich habe mich per ID Card verifiziert und die Bestätigungsmail auch bekommen. Nun habe ich versucht Geld zu senden, auf meiner bank ist es weg doch die App sagt ich müsse mich erst mit meiner ID Card Verifizieren. Daher kommt Geld auch nciht beim Empfänger an. Ich kann nur jedem abraten diese App zu nutzen. Geld weg und Empfänger bekommt es nicht weil die App nicht mitbekommt das ich bereits approved bin.
