When connected to a 3G or 4G LTE network, the live video feed from your DVR/NVR will be considered streaming data by your phone service provider and will contribute to any data or download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed your data plan limit, this may result in additional usage charges. It is highly recommended to contact your phone service provider to know the limits of your data plan before using this video streaming application.

Ratings and reviews

App no longer works. App seemed to work fine for about four years, but not any more. Can't view my cameras at all. I've signed out and signed back into the app several times and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but still, the app won't work. My cameras are working fine along with the dvr. However, if you need to view your cameras while not at home or at the office, I would recommend a different brand. Night Owl no longer seems to offer or maintain this option.

Won't even connect my camera system to the app anymore. This app is horrible in general. If you want a camera system you can view while you away from home, this is not it! I have a 8 camera system and can't even view while I'm not home! Even when the app works, you cant fast forward, rewind or anything else, just currently view! Time to look for a new brand with a better app!

Pretty annoyed I spent around $500 for this system for it to only work half of the time. This app only works when it wants to. Most of the time ALL 5 OF MY DEVICES get a black screen, when I want to look at the live feed, and also can't watch the saved files. Also, why do I need to download a different video player to watch downloaded files? I spent a good amount of money on this system so I expect it to work flawlessly. I would never get another Night Owl system because their app sucks.
