I've been using this svc for about 4 mths. Works great with no problems. The plans are really good deals and the connection is great. Customer service is positive, helpful and efficient(Thanks Elaine). I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience has been nothing but awesome all around. I use the monthly USA Data packages. They really last and don't run out fast. I also love the Wi-Fi device. If you're having any problems... Check your settings out. That could very likely be the issue.

Worked great for about three trips. Now the Hotspot itself can't connect to any service towers and the latest update keeps bouncing me out when I try to log in. Don't waste your time with this, just get a prepaid Sim card at the airport. It's about the same price and it actually works (unlike this). Best of all, one less device to carry around.

The concept is good but it definitely needs improvement. They never sell e-sim anymore so you can only buy the wifi plans. The internet is never fast enough (not even when using 5G) and you can not download or update any apps with these wifi plans, which is a necessity if you are in another country. I literally have to look for free wifi everywhere just to download or update a few apps that I really need during my trip. Apart from that, it stops working in crowded places like disney.
