Pretty useful. Better than the website, which is prone to getting stuck with a spinning circle when I'm trying to book a stay. The app did mess up on charging, refusing to let me enter a CC number. I had to back almost all the way out of the app and try again before it suddenly remembered the card that I always use for this. Lately, the app sort order switched from highest-rated to closest, a more useful metric.

The app is in and out sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. PLEASE BEWARE!!! Never call their customer service line. You will receive little to no help what so ever. When an agent gets confused or frustrated they will pretend to drop the call and forward you to the next agent. If you call to make a reservation it will not match the price on the websites and 9xs out of 10 be more for no unexplainable reason what so ever. The customer service is absolutely terrible.

The app will book a reservation and give the rate and then cancel your reservation and take your points. The representatives have a communication issue and will drop you if they can't help you. I had to pay $60 additional money and lost 2000 points for a canceled reservation. They also lie to customers when they can't resolve your issue.
