I like this app. I enjoy being able to upload my own fonts and change the size of them. I was able to get a nice font bold to make it easier to read in a dim setting. I would love to see italics in my books. I also enjoy seeing the wallpaper that people have uploaded and how easy it is to upload books.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Support One of the worst customer support experiences I’ve had with a tech product. I received an XTEINK X3 in Canada, but the device cannot even be added to the international XTEINK app because it says I need a Mainland China account. Since I don’t have a Chinese phone number, the device is basically unusable with the app. I contacted XTEINK support and Alberich replied asking for my order number and where I purchased the device. I immediately sent my AliExpre

it works about 10℅ of the time, and that 10℅ of the time is generally... okay? I honestly wouldn't waste your time with this app and I would just manually put books, etc, into your X4. the app is slow, very slow, and transfers books, etc., over very, very slowly.
