Ratings and reviews

Terrible terrible customer service, with pre-generated responses, that have nothing to do with the actual situation. I have been trying to cancel my order that has been going on for 2 and a half hours, with no hope of it ever arriving or customer service responding. (If they do, I promise to delete this review.) I've never had this many issues with other delivery apps.

Great app turned terrible. Used it a lot when it came out but as time passed, the services got worse. Today was the last straw. They refused to cancel my order and give a refund (on which the delivery time changed 3 times for a final estimation of 3 hours!!!) because the restaurant has this right (T&C), if they want to use it. This is abusive and you have to accept it. At least 1 of 3 orders has some type of issues. Didn't have situations like this with other delivery apps.

The customer service is a joke! Laura (the broken AI chat) keeps asking the same question without answering my questions and without transferring me to an agent. They do not respond on numbers and they do not respond on emails. They kept me waiting for 3 hrs without providing an update for my food and I needed to cancel the order. Just a terrible experience and it is not the first time.
