5.8.2. Lost Yahoo Notifications! I just lost YAHOO NOTIFICATIONS! I just upgraded to Version 5.8.2 dated August 24, 2016. I previously loaded 5.7.1 from July 2016 and rated it 3 stars as the Contacts check list feature disappeared as did the bold, underline, italics and color text options. I was going to upgrade to 4 stars due the new Yahoo's speed. IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT. I upgraded it again today & I lost Yahoo Notifications! Cleared cache, Restarted . Reinstalled Yahoo. Gmail notifications are fine. Yahoo NOTIFICATIONS are GONE!
Good app but bugged All in all quite a good app however Yahoo you must be made aware that from Android phones you cannot send Emails with photo attachments. I don't know why but regular emails and emails with pdf documents will send but not images...I am guessing there is a bug for JPEG or BMP files. Please fix. Thanks
Mail is okay, news is annoying Sometimes the mail app will freeze and get stuck reloading. Even if I go to other apps, only solution is to restart my phone (this killing the app) and then it's fine. As for the news, I HATE the newest update that shows you other people's comments on Twitter. Also, I wish the app to let me block annoying, click bait sites like The Cheat Sheet, etc.
Looks like Gmail now And still no widget (unlike Gmail!) If I liked the Gmail format I would have switched earlier. Now what's keeping me with Yahoo? Cutting down on the number of emails visible at one time is a huge mistake. Oh, and it doesn't seem to support attachments from my Google Drive anymore. Is the ability to search email gone!!? Can't find it.
Something Went Wrong Now whats up with yahoo not notifying me all of a sudden!? Also whats up with my signature coming out in one line even after I tried correcting it several times? Please fix YAHOO!
No customer support! Yahoo Mail will not allow me to change my password and there is no help available by phone. My mail has been hacked and I am now left hanging out to dry.
