The CondoCafe Owner App is available to those with a current RentCafe Portal Login. The app allows you to manage your condo information and services with a few simple touches. Log in securely from anywhere and update your profile, view and pay your account balance or submit maintenance requests.

- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The CondoCafe Owner app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to make a payment. I reached out and got ZERO response. I reached out to my management company and was told there was nothing wrong with the app. Even after I sent a screen video of the app crashing, without any kind of troubleshooting was told in no uncertain terms that the app is fine. IF IT'S FINE THAN WHY IS IT CRASHING!!! Be wary of entering into any agreement with condo cafe as their customer support and technical support, is non existent.

Has been completely useless in allowing me to pay the dues, which is the only reason I signed up for the app to begin with. When I try to add a payment account to use to pay the dues, it just freezes on a white screen where I can't do anything. I have tried on multiple devices with no difference in result. Even tried the initial site online and couldn't even get that to pull up the option to make a payment. waste of time and effort when all I wanna do is pay my dues so they stop mailing me stuff

it is not very user friendly, very hard to understand how to verify account. The instructions weren't easy to follow, as part of my account said it was verified through my other link that I to use through my other company. I tried to contact through the contract area and I received no response from anyone on this.
