At first, I thought this was a great app. Even wasted my money on the pro features. But i was really put off by the bad fasting timer they pretend is a feature. It is a timer, and an inflexible uneditable one. You can't edit or change your plan, you can't even edit or change past day performance. Nothing from the myfitnesspal side of the app even affects the fast timer, so why bother? Seriously, avoid this app if you want to fast. If you want to track calories only...maybe.

Good for tracking calories, micros, weights and measurements. It works if you use it properly. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if you don't log for a day or so, the notifications get rather passive aggressive about the ability to turn them off. That is a huge turn off for me. If I want to turn the notifications off, I will. Edit: the developer's response to my review informed me that I could turn the notifications off. I already knew this; hence why I mentioned it in the last line of my original review. Them telling me *how* to turn off the notifications wasn't necessary. I'm a 30 something. I've grown up with computers, etc.

This is definitely one of the most attractive nutrition tracking apps. I really love the fasting countdown. The only thing that keeps me from using it more often is that about 50% of all foods I scan don't have the correct nutrition information. I end up having to either input everything myself, or just change the serving size to get the calories close to the right amount.
