I was looking forward to working out while on vacation however, the APP's ON DEMAND video features are disappointing. All the videos cannot be seen FULL SCREEN. There are only two ICONS on right side of video screen. One for video quality/speed and the second to ZOOM in and out but what good is that if you cannot see videos on a FULL SCREEN. The FULL SCREEN Icon is missing. I've reached out twice and yet the issue has not been rectified. I only use the APP to sign up for classes.

App does not retain location filter so you end up making appointments at the wrong location. Navigating it is a total pain. On tip of these things, all classes at one location are grayed out and won't let you submit for registration. This app is more inconvenient then just going to the location in person and registering for classes there.

This app works but is very old and has a hard time working. The app for my town is unable to run on my device because the app is so old. The ymca badly needs to redo this app and fix thr problem it's easier to just sign in at the front desk.
