I figured it out--the app needs FULL PERMISSIONS to your life. If you turn everything on, the keyboard doesn't disappear, the app doesn't crash, no loops. It worked for me on my Samsung 23. Once in, the app acts as a jumping point to both in-app features (e.g., schedules) and the website (e.g., account management). The filters aren't great... I'd like to be able to free text search foe my kid's sports team and drop-down select the age group, but I haven't found that capability.

I've installed bad apps before but this one definitely takes the cake. If you try to enter your ID or email, the keyboard pops up for a split second then disappears. If you try to scan your barcode, a scan line just runs back and forth on the screen on a black background. You literally can't do anything with your app.
