The logging is pretty cool. I have the luxury to have an accountability partner and the messages are going through a extremely delayed or even the next day. And sometimes her logs don't show up until later either. So I guess it doesn't sync well. Also you get a notification every single time any friend posts... but there are no setting to turn that off. Can be overwhelming. I get the notification..... then go in the app and nothing is in there for hours.

I like this app! Its an easy way to journal everything, i even track my fasting on here! You can snap a pic, write it out, even save common meal pics as favorites. Love that you can work toward goals and select whether your meal was on or off track. I wish the graphs were more customizable and that the water was in intervals of 8 oz, but still very happy. At the end of every night i look through my pics and log them in a more detailed tracker. Now i never forget what i ate!

No calories recording u need to use your brain, no "schedule" you need to set to eat/drink by the certain time, no annoying reminders etc. Just a simple "I am going to eat this now" note or "hey I drunk this" etc notes and "am I staying on track?". This is what I have been looking for.
