Ratings and reviews

App lists incorrect prices and the contact support keeps timing out and resetting the form. I tried the full site and the same thing happens there. Their prices are higher, the deals are unattractive, they falsely advertise pricing (example: the items on the $7 deals menu are listed for $8...), and the app/site doesn't work properly... Pizza hut used to be our go to for pizza and then I realized Domino's is better so we haven't gone back... After revisiting this app/site, it reminded me why...

Besides the app being janky for me lately and constantly kicking me when I try to order, I love the food and good deals. The point system is always rewarding, especially when I get a free cheese sticks unlocked lol. So overall, besides having to go onto the website the old-fashioned way to order when the app gets moody, it's great. Would recommend.

Rating based solely on the app experience, pizza always 5 stars for me. The app always pulls information from the account wrong. Sets my name as the email, but since that can't be changed during checkout it makes it impossible to order unless you use it as a guest, which loses you points. Don't recommend using the app, just do it on your computer and save the headache.
