Horrible! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now. They charged me even tho I requested it canceled before the renew date. Not one of the customer service phone numbers I have found work. Not able to turn off auto pay, you have to rely on them to do it. I have not used one of their cameras in 2 weeks now and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. I do not recommend them at all!! I have filed a dispute with my bank over the charges and for any future charges. 0⭐️

too many adds, products dont work correctly unless you subscribe and even then its hit and miss if you actually get the footage that you're looking for. there is always some kind of problem and you can't retrieve or view the playback. pretty much useless unless you are monitoring live, and even then they limit how long you can watch without a subscription, even though you purchased the cameras, they don't allow you to use them without their services. SD cards won't record...

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for about 2 weeks now, within the app, but they just keep sending me promotional messages. I don't know what I have to do. I have made myself clear numerous times that I want to cancel, and they only offer me the option to pause service for 6 months. They have taken away my rights to choose how to spend my money. For this, I am giving them 1 star, only because there's no 0 stars option.
