Can't get past ID verification. I emailed the problem I was encountering, with the error message. After a few hours, they got back to me via email, giving me directions to do what had already failed and why I had reached out to them. They then asked for a picture of the error, and I have not heard back from them. I wish my company would have stayed with App similar to theirs, but they changed when they changed payroll providers. I don't use it often but could have used the help.

This app is a nightmare. It does not seem to be able to accurately determine how much you've worked nor your pay rate. The fees are also double the rates for comparable apps to transfer money, unless you want to be paid in coupons. Also, incredibly limited times for customer service and none on the weekends (seriously just use instant pay, I used it for years without any issue)

Apparently I net $0 an hour and even tho I'm at 60.hours I've made nothing, right before Christmas as well, multiple I've had issues that break the app, whether it's a connection error, updating error, or something else. Reasonable except for the fact I literally cannot message care, the in app support link that directs you to chat rarely works, so then I'm left with emailing them and go days without an update or fix, which ruins the point of the app in the first place, good idea, executed badly
