It's really hard to get your money off the card if you need to. You also have to have direct deposit set up to go entirely to your card to be able to take advances at all. Other services that I have tried were much better. edit 6m later took another star away. The card won't at all most places. App is garbage. It never has correct info. zero customer service help. It's all AI.

I really hate that my job uses this company. I have been trying to get my payroll department to switch to Daily pay or On Demand. This app literally gives you cents on a dollar per day. It takes me a week to even accumulate $20 and on top of that they charge a $5 fee. It literally doesn't help me out in a financial bind whatsoever. Also it had no customer service number and all conversations are AI generated. This app sucks and is not helpful at all!

App has taken more than the amount I owed. It was over a month before I was repaid the $200. They gave no notification when a repayment wasn't applied to a payperiod and it was just applied automatically to the next payperiod, which was very inconvenient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. It is extremely unreliable. You're better off putting in the effort to manage your finances by yourself than the facade of thinking you're borrowing from yourself. It's your money but on their terms.
