look Zayzoon is helpful and I'm grateful for that. however I gave them a 3 because charging me $5 each transaction is ridiculous. Then you have to pay a $5 monthly maintenance fee for having a card from them, even though I have never used it. The whole reason I use this app is because it helps between paydays ( monthly for me). But I pay hundreds of dollars back just from the $5 transaction fees that add up FAST.

I love Zayzoon, it has been a literal life saver! I am giving it 4☆ bc I wish the transfer few wasn't so much. Yes it's how they make their money & it's only $5, but when you're in a very tight spot that $5 adds up quicker & more than you think. Maybe it's a good thing that we only get a percentage of our checks until payday otherwise I probably wouldn't have a check by the time we got paid, but there's time's I wish & need the percentage to be a little higher than whatever it is right now. 👍🏽

Can't get past ID verification. I emailed the problem I was encountering, with the error message. After a few hours, they got back to me via email, giving me directions to do what had already failed and why I had reached out to them. They then asked for a picture of the error, and I have not heard back from them. I wish my company would have stayed with App similar to theirs, but they changed when they changed payroll providers. I don't use it often but could have used the help.
