Zolo is a very good app for finding accommodation. When I was searching for a place to stay, I was completely confused about choosing the best and most suitable option. However, after installing this app, I felt 100% confident about my decision. The Zolo team contacted me immediately and provided excellent assistance. Their support and guidance were truly fabulous and made the entire process very smooth and easy.

Very poor customer service and the app has multiple glitches. I tried to initiate my notice period on time, but due to a glitch in the app I was unable to do so. I raised a support ticket regarding this issue, but instead of helping, they are asking me to pay for extra days because the notice period wasn’t initiated. It’s unfair to charge customers for issues caused by their own app.

Staying at Zolo Akshala, here to warn you how terrible their services truly are. 8 hours without water and counting. Not a one-time thing, happens all the time. They have a passionate hobby of collecting tickets through an app so unbearable it feels intentional, and resolving them? Never heard of it. They miscalculated my bill by ₹1K and simply refused to fix it despite follow-ups. Bonus perk: a rooftop museum of gloriously broken appliances, proudly on display for 'use'.
