My experience at Zolo High Street, Electronic City was very disappointing. The property is not maintained well, and cleanliness is a major concern. Basic facilities like washing machines and hot water often don't work properly. Complaints receive little attention, making it frustrating for residents. The rooms are cramped, food quality is average, and the rent is much higher than what the facilities justify. Overall, not worth the money.

One of the worst stays I have ever seen. There are so many hidden and inappropriate additional charges—such as notice charges, exit charges, and electricity charges. If you raise a ticket about these issues, they will block your login in the app and delete your transaction details. Without your consent, they will debit their 'looting' charges and only credit the remaining amount into your account. It's not a ZOLO; it's a 'DOLO' for the people who stay there

I stayed at Zolo High Street expecting decent service, but the reality was disappointing. Maintenance is poor, common amenities are unreliable, and issues remain unresolved for long periods. Hot water availability is inconsistent, and housekeeping standards are below expectations. Considering the small room sizes and average food, the pricing feels excessive. There are better options available in Electronic City for the same budget.
