Very poor customer service and the app has multiple glitches. I tried to initiate my notice period on time, but due to a glitch in the app I was unable to do so. I raised a support ticket regarding this issue, but instead of helping, they are asking me to pay for extra days because the notice period wasn’t initiated. It’s unfair to charge customers for issues caused by their own app.

I have been living here for the past 4 months. Each month rent is getting increased by 1000-2000. When I ask the reason, they simply say they have changed the policy and all. Initially they told 12% discount for 3 months lock-in, then when I renewed it, they said now it is 7%, and they didn't inform. I have to call and check. this is just one example of it. they use other tricks to increase rent.
