I purchased a few bulbs from this brand in the mid 2010s that worked amazingly in the old app. When they started to burn out last year I decided to go with the same brand. My mistake. New bulbs run hot, new app doesn't connect half the time. The bulbs disconnect randomly and are a pain to reconnect, if at all. I see from other reviews that these aren't novel issues and they aren't being fixed. I'm not a product tester so won't be sending extra data for a problem with no solutions. Moving on.

got rid of automation on android. I have 1.9.8 build 230, and now, after the update, i can't change my timer settings for my scenes anymore. they still come on and off but can't adjust times. no automation tab... now it won't even connect to the wifi. I have tried several new controllers and still can't even connect the device to the wifi.. I tried opening a case a month ago with no response. case number 71817

It's a decent app once you figure things out. About twice a year I have to reconnect to it and add the devices back in. But I've had my lights hanging on my porch for about 7 years now, through summer and our Minnesota winters. This is the first year I've had an issue. I have two bulbs out of the string of 25 that are not working properly. They don't have blue any more. See pictures. So, customer support. Where can I find replacement bulbs? Also, your website SUCKS!!!
