My last order price was mismatched Shown price in App & Delivery (Billing) price was different. I have called the customer care 2 times in the last 4 days but no one bothered to resolve the issue. Neither Zeno coin are shown/ updated in balance coins. Very Pathetic Customer support. so I'm downgrading the ratings...👎👎👎👎👎

Decline in Service Quality (Used to be 5-Stars) ​I have been a long-time, loyal customer and initially rated this service highly. However, over the last 6, 7 months, the quality of service has dropped dramatically, and it is now completely unreliable. ​Core Operational Failures: 1. ​Systemic "Missed Call" Issue 2. Frequent Unexplained Cancellations ​3. Overall Service Degradation: The level of service is simply not what it used to be.

pathetic app, they cancel order after making you wait for 48 hours, they don't update their inventories and accept orders of out of stock products and then call you at the time of delivery. customer service is even worse they cannot even transfer the call to main agent it's only to accept orders and later they'll cancel the same. do not waste time installing this app
