Worse... App... Ever! I don't use this app but I had people ask if I can help. Nope! I almost threw the phone in frustration. Main issue is getting the verification code that never arrives! If I can't get pass that, how am I supposed to register for an account. And recovering password. Mind as well just give up and use another app that is user friendly.

Very poor service, registration is very very poor. You can't get verified to use the App... You can't get past the first stage of registration. "The request exceed specific limits, try again after 24hrs, (2021)" That's what always pop-up. It's frustrating ☹️☹️☹️☹️ worst App

sync features are totally broken, so you end up with half your messages on your pc and half on your phone so it's impossible to keep track of conversations. it's not an exaggeration to say that AOL Instant Messenger 20 years ago worked better.
