Third class bus with so much of noise, n very uncomfortable seats, even short height/length person can't get adjust. Charges r very different if u booking it manually (from their booking centers) n online. Online booking charges r very high. Avoid booking if u r on a long journey. It shouldn't even be the last choice, pospon your trip or find other way or take any ordinary bus if it's n emergency. Plz avoid 'Ram Dalal' zing bus . Third class buses as well as app which is providing such service

Terrible Experience - Avoid Zingbus!😡😡 Zingbus cancelled my confirmed ticket without explanation. Still trusting them, I booked another for the same day, but accidentally cancelled it. I immediately contacted customer care to revert the cancellation and let me travel, but they refused to help and didn’t refund me either. The lack of support and reliability is shocking. They clearly don’t care about customers. Avoid Zingbus if you value your time and money!😡😡😡

We reached on time to the one stage before the actual stage which we were meant to board. Marshal hasn't allowed us to board the bus. Even we took a cab and reached the stop by marshal intimation. They didn't stop. I understand that they are traffic guidelines. But even we reached on time to other stop, marshal has denied our entry to the bus. Not single person. Four of us are there, even a girl with us. Its our first and bad experience. I definitely not recommend.
