About this app

Get quality remote support for your mobile device directly from a technician. The Zoho Assist - Customer app allows technicians to provide remote support, to your devices, through screen sharing and chat features. The remote control feature is available for Samsung and Sony devices, by default, and if you own a device from the below list, you can install the Add-Ons we have made available on the PlayStore, to allow the technician to remotely control your device.

The Add-On supported manufacturers are:
Lenovo, Cipherlab, Cubot, Datamini, Wishtel and Densowave.

How to start a remote session:

Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app.

Step 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Zoho Assist - Customer app to get your remote support session started.

Step 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can additionally send you the session key directly. Open the Zoho Assist - Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session.

Step 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. The technician will additionally be able to chat with you securely. Touch the back button (either on the top-left or the native back button) to end the session anytime.


Unattended access:

Incase you wish to give unattended access to your technician, enrol your device with a a single click using the deployment link. Your technician will share the link and can access the device anytime without any effort from your side. Additionally you can enable or disable the enrolment temporarily or permanently remove unattended access permission for the device.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Occasionally, scammers abuse remote desktop software. If you have been scammed, notify your bank immediately and take steps to prevent future scams. Report your session in our app by going to Settings->History, or email the session ID/ email address used for the session to assist@zohomobile.com.

I recieved a call asking if I wanted to continue using Amazon Prime. I never have used this product and therefore wanted to cancel my subscription. This led me to a scammer who told me I needed to download this app. After downloading the app, there were questions asking for my details. Luckily, I was already suspicious as this app has nothing to do with Amazon. After telling the dodgy dude, I thought this was a scam and him saying 'how could I say that', I then hung up. Dodgy!

Paid good money to be able to support family smartphones, but the zoho Android app cuts off any of the options to agree or decline for remote sessions. This is on a samsung galaxy note 10. One of the most common and premium flagship type devices and they can't even render the app properly. Debating asking for refund and look at other providers. At first I thought it was a great tool, but there are way too many little cludgy bugs. Feeling very annoyed and cheated out of $400+ for just 1 tech

Hi, We aren't sure of the issue you are facing. If you're referring to the Unattended Access not working as expected, please be informed that from Android 10 devices, Google has restricted auto-approval of Connection requests and hence needs to be accepted every time. If that's not the issue, kindly send us a detailed mail to assist@zohomobile.com
