The biggest disadvantage of this app is that it cannot respond to queries about the Play Store or social media sites via Zoho Android app. I informed customer support about this three months ago, but it hasn't helped.

The app is not nearly as good as the freshdesk app, but is passable for small ticket chains. However, as soon as you have a large ticket, with lots of replies, it crashes and freezes almost constantly when trying to reply. I'm using a flagship android phone, so I'd expect the phone to be able to handle anything. But I expect the app is designed inefficiently in that it loads all previous responses on the ticket when you try to reply and this is probably too much for the phone to handle.

The app is usable but buggy. You can identify tickets, assign them, reply/close, all the good stuff needed to resolve a ticket however a common bug is when you comment on a ticket or reply to it in the app your comment/response will often end up on multiple tickets rather than just the one you chose. This can obviously cause problems for other tickets when using the desktop app. Also, have encountered an issue where a user who has been added doesn't appear in the app to assign tickets.

When a new user is added carrying out a 'pull to refresh' gesture in the agents list view will display the new user.

What's new

- Zoho Desk is now available in Icelandic and Kazakh languages.
