Worked better before the most recent update. Made a new UI that honestly doesnt do anything for improving the experience, just looks different. Should focus on fixing bugs and performance problems instead of the way it looks, can no longer answer calls most of the time using the app unless Im doing nothing else on my phone.

I'm a Zoho addict and use sooo many of their apps! Been waiting for SMS support in Zoho Voice. When it came, signed up and tested. Overall, ZV is an average service still, and ZDialer in particular is rather basic, unfortunately. No file attachment (web only), no notifications auto-clearing, UI is far from sleek, no Bluetooth audio for hands-free for driving. It's a start, of course, but not ready for me to switch just yet. Considering apparent Zoho's development pace, I'll check back in 2025.

i wish i could give some negative stars, if possible i would give negative 100 or more. i use ZDialer for work (latest Android phone) but this app is so pathetic that it does not allow me to text. the keyboard shows for a micro second and disappears. my IT team got in touch what my IT told me is that they have another version of app to install and iy worked fine but after auto update its the same situation again. you guys need to work on what you give out in the community. improve your app.
